Jaguar RealEstate SA is currently developing multiple projects in the Suisse Romande Region of Switzerland. These projects are developed with a carefully identified target market and branding in mind. For example, the ambitious Eccolo development is designed with sustainability in mind, from the initial concept through to the choice of materials and execution. It offers an intimate building of 6 apartments from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms, located in the heart of Pully.

SAS Norterre is currently developing 21 building plots, called “Les Courtillages” with a surface area of between 555 and 700m in the commune of Héauville, Normandy. The area will include a playground for children and a meeting place in the center of the development. There will also be a shared vegetable garden adjacent to the building plots. Les Courtillages is located opposite the school and town hall of Héauville.

Francois Vaultier has 30 years of experience in construction and real estate. Francois has lived and worked in France, South Korea, Burkina Faso, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Before entering the construction sector he worked in the nuclear industry for two years.
He currently develops real estate and construction projects, such as apartment buildings, offices, schools, hospitals and industrial buildings. Francois also invests and rents agricultural land for arable farming and pasture land in France.
